Dr. Samuel S. Kim

Dr. Samuel S. Kim graduated from Johns Hopkins University and Tufts University School of Medicine. Dr. Kim completed a residency in general surgery at the University of Pennsylvania Hospital and a residency in cardiothoracic surgery at Massachusetts General Hospital. Additionally, Dr. Kim completed fellowships in minimally invasive esophageal surgery and CT surgery at the University of Pittsburg Medical Center and the Mayo Clinic, respectively.

Dr. Kim has been certified by the American Board of Surgery since 2009 and the American Board of Thoracic Surgery since 2013. Dr. Kim has received numerous honors and awards throughout his career and he has published dozens of peer-reviewed articles. Since 2012, Dr. Kim has worked in numerous capacities for the University of Arizona Medical Center in Tucson, Arizona.
